Welcome. I am a body worker and I specialize in Integrative Massage, Structural Integration, pre and postnatal massage, and Cranio-Sacral bodywork. I work with people who are seeking a greater sense of well being, healing physical pain, accessing more ease of movement, and anxiety relief. All bodies and identities are welcome. 

Cranio-Sacral Bodywork

60 minute session  $130

Cranio-Sacral Therapy works with the environment of the central nervous system to facilitate its optimal functioning. Through a series of gentle and deeply tuned-in holds, the recipient can experience a profound relaxation and resetting of the nervous system. Releases tension and imbalance throughout the skeleto-muscular aspects of the head and spine, which in turn affects a letting go throughout the whole body. It is an especially accessible modality for all bodies and recipients receive the work fully- clothed. Package discounts available.

Integrative Massage

60 minute session $130

90 minute session $170

Integrative Massage sessions draw from modalities including Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release, Trigger Point/ NeuroMuscular Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Yoga, Somatic and Emotional Awareness, Prenatal, and Postpartum Massage. Package discounts available.

Structural Integration

Series of 10 sessions (90 minutes each) $1700

The 10 Structural Integration sessions are designed to bring you into greater alignment and integration. The techniques used in SI contact your system and support the healing process through many different angles- your body/ connective tissue, your mind/ belief systems, and your emotional/ sensing body.
